As an historic private country house dating from 1633, the parlours that once served as bedrooms overlooking the gardens, are now beautiful private dining rooms. It is in these rooms that friends and families can gather around a large, spacious table, away from the glare and bustle of the main restaurant.
The party rooms are ideal for groups of up to 26 guests. For such an occasion we have a fantastic selection of private dining menus, carefully designed by our Head Chef. There are vegetarian and vegan options, plus a selection of menus to suit many different budgets: our famous afternoon tea, a filling pie menu, host a roast, or a splendid multi-course banquet.
If you have a large number of guests, we can host an afternoon tea party in our Abraham Brigg room, or a wonderful dinner dance or banquet in our large Stuart Room with its private bar and dance floor.
With beautiful food and incredible wines from all around the world, there's no surprise that many guests will want to stay over. Anyone booking a room to extend their celebrations late into the night will receive our preferential rate, which always includes breakfast when booking direct.
