Dog Policy
We welcome well-behaved dogs in selected bedrooms and public areas. There is a small cleaning charge of £30 per dog, per night, with a maximum of two dogs per room. While dogs are not permitted in the restaurant, you are very welcome to dine with them in the bar or lounge. Dogs must not be left unattended in rooms unless calm and suitably crated.

If your dog prefers not to sleep in their own bed, we’ll provide a soft blanket in your room. Dog towels are also available by the hotel’s front and side entrances for muddy paws after walks. -

Dog bowl
There’s no need to bring a bowl — we’ll provide one for food or water. Additional water bowls are available near reception for a refreshing drink after walks. -

Manor Heath Park.
Please note that dog control orders apply in Calderdale parks. -
Poop bags and waste bins
Special bins are located around the hotel for dog waste. If your dog has an accident in your room or a public area, please let a member of the team know and we’ll provide cleaning materials promptly. -
Dog-friendly dining
While only guide dogs are permitted in the restaurant, dogs are very welcome in the Long Bar and lounge areas. Afternoon tea is also served in the Hall where dogs are allowed. Breakfast can be enjoyed in your room or in the Long Bar. Dogs not on a special diet are treated to a Yorkshire sausage for breakfast. Please bring your dog’s usual food, as this is not provided. Refrigeration can be arranged on arrival if needed. -
