Word of mouth is the most powerful way to share the magic of Holdsworth House Hotel and our amazing wedding offers. When someone that you recommend books our Pain Free wedding package, you’ll receive one of the below rewards.
They book our Pain Free wedding package for 60+ day guests – You earn an overnight stay for two adults gift voucher, including dinner and full-cooked breakfast at Holdsworth House worth £219
They book our Pain Free wedding package for 40-59 day guests – You earn a gift voucher for Champagne Afternoon Tea for two adults at Holdsworth House worth £77.90

1) Refer a new couple today using the form below, be sure you have their permission to share their contact details
2) Ask them to mention your name when confirming their wedding booking*
TERMS:
Valid for new couples/weddings only who are looking to book a wedding for 2023 and 2024.
The above form (or email comprising the same details) must be completed and submitted by the referrer prior to the new couple making contact with Holdsworth House.
The referred wedding must be a minimum 40 day guests and be booked on the Holdsworth House Hotel Pain-Free Wedding Package.
Referrer reward levels: Confirmed Pain Free package booked for 40 to 59 day guests = 1 x Champagne Afternoon Tea Gift Voucher for 2 adults; Confirmed Pain Free package booked for 60+ day guests = 1 x Overnight Stay with Dinner Gift Voucher for two adults.
*The referred couple must mention the referrer’s name when confirming their booking (a booking constitutes a signed wedding agreement and a non-refundable deposit received by Holdsworth House); Rewards cannot be given retrospectively.
All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and must be used within the 12-month validity period.
All additional expenses incurred during the stay, not covered by the voucher, must be paid upon departure from Holdsworth House Hotel.
Holdsworth House Hotel reserves the right to amend or withdraw the referral offers at any time and without prior notice.
This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
Prior to completing the form (or sending via email), the referrer must gain consent from the couple they are referring for their contact details to be shared with Holdsworth House and its marketing agencies, for the purpose of Holdsworth House marketing.
The referrer is responsible for providing accurate and complete contact information, including a valid email address, in order for Holdsworth House Hotel to issue the gift voucher.
Holdsworth House Hotel reserves the right to reject any referrals that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these terms and conditions.
