Prices below are for 2027 weddings. Every package includes the ceremony and reception rooms, plus the food and the drinks it lists; there are no extra costs on top unless you add more into your package. The 2026 price is shown where a 2026 date is still possible, and the 2028 prices are in the 2028 pack below.

The date changes the price more than the package does
The same Signature wedding is £6,995 on a Thursday in March and £12,495 on a Saturday in June for 60 guests. If you can be flexible on the date, this is where the saving is.
Outside, the new room, or the whole house to yourselves
None of the three is a package on its own. An outdoor ceremony is added to any package between May and September; the Regency Room takes ceremonies of up to sixty from May 2027; exclusive use of the house is added to the Signature or Twilight package.

The price is the price
Every package includes the ceremony room, the reception rooms, the food and the drinks it lists. Room hire only exists if you build your own day instead of taking a package.
Minimum numbers, six months a year
From 1 April to 30 September a Saturday needs 80 day and 100 evening guests and a Friday 60 and 80. Sunday to Thursday, and every day from October to March, there is no minimum.
A 14-day hold, then £2,000
We hold a date for 14 days with no obligation. A £2,000 deposit confirms it (a percentage of the estimate for weddings of 20 or fewer), then instalments to three weeks before.
One wedding a day
Whatever the size, whatever the day. A Wednesday for 20 gets the same team, kitchen and attention as a Saturday for 120.

What couples ask about the packages
Are the prices per person or for the whole wedding?
For the whole wedding, at the guest numbers shown. The Signature package is priced in bands (40 day and 60 evening guests, 60 and 80, and so on up to 120 and 150) and extra guests are added per head: £145 for a day guest, £29.95 for an evening guest in 2027. The small packages are priced for a fixed number (two, ten or 20) with extra guests per head where the package allows it.
What is not included in a package?
The registrar (you book Halifax Register Office yourself), an outdoor ceremony fee if you marry in the gardens or a courtyard between May and September (£500, or £750 in the Barn Courtyard), bedrooms for your guests, and any upgrades you choose: more canapés, a higher drinks package, a bigger evening buffet, a barbecue or hog roast. Exclusive use of the house is an add-on to the Signature or Twilight package.
Can we build our own wedding instead of a package?
Yes. Room hire then applies (in 2027 from £400 for the Stone Gazebo to £750 for the Stuart Room or the Barn Courtyard) and a minimum drinks spend may be asked for. Most couples find a package cheaper for the same day, because the room hire is inside it, but the menus and drinks pages have everything priced if you want to add it up yourself.
Which year's prices apply to us?
The year of the wedding, at the prices in that year's pack at the time you confirm. A 2028 wedding confirmed now is booked at the 2028 pack prices. Confirm a 2027 Signature wedding by 30 November 2026 and a wedding experience credit of up to £1,000 is added at normal 2027 prices; the details are on the offers page.
