| 4 March 2013 | “From the first time we visited Holdsworth House up until our special day the staff could not have done more for us. Always courteous and friendly. The people in charge of wedding preparations, aside from a couple of small hiccups which were easily sorted, did a splendid job. The day itself went fantastically well. The staff did little extras for our guests. The food as always was a delight and the room had everything we needed. Thanks for everything” |
| 26 February 2013 | “I got married here on Sunday 24th Feb. From the first contact with wedding planner Claire to the day itself I cannot fault the hotel. All the way through all the staff were extremely helpful and you could really see the effort that had gone into making the day special. The master of ceremony Phil made me feel instantly at ease and ensured everything ran smoothly on the day. The ceremony was just amazing which is on you tube. The food was outstanding and the room looked amazing, the hotel even let us have a projector to have a photo slide show playing and for the best man’s speech. The evening reception was such fun the dance floor was never empty thanks to the DJ. We all had quite a bit to drink and really let out hair down. All the waiting and bar staff worked really hard. I found out later that 4 staff didn’t turn in that day but you wouldn’t have noticed the service was 5 star! If you are planning a wedding look no further than Holdsworth House its beautiful all year round and you won’t be left dissatisfied!” |
| 14 January 2013 | Just a very big thank you to you and the staff who helped me over the weekend – from reception to bar staff to restaurant to indeed everyone. Not often that all hopes of a good hotel/restaurant are realised. Apart from the beautiful venue and fabulous private dining room that really was a “Wow”, the service and attention to detail as always was just perfect. I was apprehensive about the whole weekend, would my girls like it? Would they think the journey was worth it? Would the bedrooms be as nice as I always think they are? The answer to all of these thoughts in my head was yes. So thank you to all, it meant a lot to me to get it right and I did – I chose you! Very Best Regards Jackie |

| 30 November 2012 | Beautiful hotel, my family took over most of the hotel for my daughters wedding.Staff could not have been more helpful, altering rooms and requirements at short notice to accommodate our needs. As a wedding venue perfect. Food excellent, catered for 65 and all foods delivered perfectly. Recommend to others, definitely. Thank you to all the staff for making our special day that little bit more special. |

Room was brilliant, bed was an absolute dream to sleep in and breakfast was excellent couldn’t ask for a better ending to an enjoyable stay would definitely recommend it |
