“I came for afternoon tea with my mum and two little girls. I just wanted to write you an email to say what a lovely time we had. To start, I know you usually serve at 2.30pm, however when I asked if it would be possible to come earlier because my youngest child has an afternoon nap, the lady I spoke to very kindly accommodated us with no question. Once we were seated, my eldest daughter, who is four and loves afternoon tea was delighted to see that she too was given her own fine china cup and saucer. I really appreciated that and she was so careful with it.
The food was delicious and we can not fault the service we received from Brad. He was attentive and polite and his personable demeanour made our afternoon even more relaxed and enjoyable. I just wanted to thank you on behalf of my mum and little girls for such a tasty afternoon tea in beautiful surroundings with excellent service. We will see you again.”
