Our warm and inviting restaurant is one of only a handful of 2 AA Rosette awarded establishments in West Yorkshire. We’ve prepared a unique, wonderful Mother’s Day menu for you all to enjoy. Here’s our three course choice menu:

STARTERS

Fleetwood salmon & tiger prawn seafood cocktail

Formby asparagus soup with crusty bread rolls

Bury black pudding, soft poached hen’s egg, mustard Hollandaise sauce

Salad of Jerusalem artichoke, golden beetroot and Yeltson’s goat’s cheese

MAINS

Roast Yorkshire sirloin of beef with all the trimmings

Pan fried fillet of sea bass, squash puree, peas a la Française and buttered baby new potatoes
