MAKING YOUR STAY AS COMFORTABLE AS POSSIBLE

At Holdsworth House your enjoyment and guest satisfaction are of utmost importance to us. If there is anything we can do in advance of your arrival, such as provide directions, prepare for a late arrival or make a dinner table reservation (especially during busy weekend periods) then please contact us on 01422 240024 and our team will help wherever possible.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

All rates are subject to availability. Up to two children can stay in your room, charges apply for extra beds, cots and for meals (children’s menu available). Cots are available at £10 per night and available in our ground floor House Double bedrooms. Check in is from 2pm and check out is 11am. You’ll need a credit card to secure your booking. You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of your stay unless otherwise stated, after this time the full cost will be charged to your card. All extras must be settled in full prior to departure. You are welcome to bring your dog to stay in your room at a charge of £10 per dog per night; no dogs allowed in the dining areas except for guide dogs.
N.B. As a popular hotel for weddings, we have a policy of one bride/groom per night. Regrettably when a wedding is taking place at the hotel no other brides/grooms are permitted to stay or use the facilities within the same 24 hour period. Whilst wedding functions rarely cause any disruption to other guests, out of courtesy we will endeavour to advise you when booking if there will be wedding function taking place during your stay. This allows us the opportunity to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible and note any special requests.
