FULL TIME CHEF DE PARTIE

We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our busy 2 AA rosette team and oversee a section of the kitchen, delivering high end banqueting and restaurant food year round.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
  • Helping to manage and training any apprentices
  • Helping the head chef to develop new dishes and menus
  • Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
  • Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins

FOOD AND BEVERAGE ASSISTANT

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, passionate people to work in our busy Food & Beverage department.

The duties will include working in the Bar, Banqueting, and our 2 Rosette Restaurant.

The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast paced environment, be able to work great in a team driven environment and possess the desire to ensure our guests expectations are always exceeded.

Experience is preferred, however not essential as full training will be given.

FULL & PART TIME RECEPTIONISTS

We are a 4 star hotel comprising of 39 bedrooms looking for efficient and motivated Receptionists. These roles require a complete hands on approach preferably with good knowledge of the hotel industry.

The role of Receptionist is all about creating the best first and last impression for our customers. It involves duties such as checking in/out guests, answering the switchboard, taking and confirming guest reservations, dealing with guest enquiries, cash handling, billing, and guest relations.

HOURS:
Working 40 hours per week full time or 20 hours minimum part time, the varied shifts will include early mornings, evenings and days, along with regular weekends. Flexibility is essential.

SALARY/BENEFITS

  • £13,800 per annum for full time
  • £6.64 per hour for part time
  • Paid monthly on the last working day of every.
  • Bonus paid quarterly if target achieved.
  • Share of service charge & gratuities. (after 6 months continuous employment)
  • 20 Days plus Bank Holidays based on full time hours

NIGHT PORTER

We are currently looking to recruit a part time Night Porter to aid the smooth operation of this busy 4* hotel.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. The ideal candidate will be self motivated, possess the ability to think ahead, and adaptable.

The general duties will include;
• Being responsible for the security and safety of the hotel and our guests whilst on shift
• Forward planning and the preparation of the hotel for the needs of the business
• The ability to deal with, and resolve, any guest queries
• Assist in all areas of the hotel, including F&B, as and when required
